Pulse strong light sterilization robot is a new environmental protection and high-efficiency sterilization product. It uses the high-pressure ionization polarization luminescence principle of pulse xenon lamp to inactivate all kinds of microorganisms on the object surface and in the air efficiently and quickly through high-strength ultraviolet light, so as to achieve the purpose of disinfection and sterilization. Meet the disinfection and sterilization requirements of various medical and health institutions, food manufacturing industry, hotels, stations, airports and other public places.

2. Product function
1) One key sterilization
Configure the default sterilization mode, one click start, and use the photochemical, photothermal and pulse effects of pulsed strong light to destroy the cell structure of microorganisms, so as to quickly and efficiently obtain a safe and sterile medical environment.
2) Man machine separation
Through the delayed start or remote control function, the operator can be separated from the sterilization device to protect personal safety.
3) Remote control
Select the working mode remotely through the mobile terminal app to perform sterilization.
4) Image transmission
The mobile terminal app obtains video images and monitors the working environment in real time.
5) Intelligent operation
With the help of video, the sterilization device is controlled to run to the designated position to start the secondary operation.
6) Intrusion protection
Personnel intrusion detection and protection. Avoid personnel entering by mistake and receiving strong light radiation during sterilization operation.
7) Automatic alarm
Automatically monitor the status of each subsystem inside the sterilization device. In case of abnormality, it can automatically implement protection, trigger audible alarm and prompt alarm information.

4. Pulse sterilization principle
The pulsed strong light sterilization robot uses the principle of xenon to generate ultraviolet pulse, and uses a special xenon lamp as the light source to generate high-strength pulsed light, gather high energy in a short time and release it instantaneously in the form of light radiation. The spectral distribution is similar to that of sunlight (100 ~ 1100nm), and is composed of ultraviolet (100 ~ 400nm), visible light (400 ~ 700nm) and infrared light (700 ~ 1100nm). Its light intensity is 2 ~ 100000 times that of sunlight reaching the ground.
Pulsed strong ultraviolet, visible and infrared wavelength light acts synergistically on microorganisms, which can destroy the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) of microorganisms, break the S-H and C-H bonds of organic molecules, and effectively kill molds, Gram-positive pathogens, Gram-negative pathogens, aerobic bacterial spores and fungal conidia, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis Yeast and other bacteria can inhibit the proliferation of bacteria within a certain period of time, which greatly improves the disinfection effect (killing rate of main pathogenic microorganisms > 99.9%) and time.
